Are most sports socks mostly cotton?
I am just wondering are most athletic sports socks found in department stores such as Walmart, Roses, Target, or Kmart made of mostly cotton? I've never wondered about this until now.Yes but JAN, no socks are completely 100 % cotton. The sport ones I usually buy are 75 80 % cotton. Is that enough?

Ok... I hope someone can help... I'm looking for some knee high sports socks but fashion ones so they're not as thick feeling. I've seen people on tv wearing them, black with a couple of white stripes around the top, white with a couple of purple stripes around the top, etc... Does this make sense? Lol. I just really like them and would love to find somewhere that sells them. Obviously I know where I could try in the high street so I'm looking for anywhere that you know sells them, either online or the high street in the UK if you've recently seen them. What color sport socks do you prefer?
I usually wear grey footie or ankle socks and I'm curious what others usually wear.I fond that grey socks don't look as dirty as fast and I don't have to get rid of them as often as some white socks I have. Anyone else find that true?
When I wear Sports socks, I find pulling it over my legs is difficult when compared to Dress Socks(thin ones).
Do you also feel so?
I heard grey sport socks are "in" and white are "out". Did I hear right?
